Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have availability, but we recommend booking ahead — especially on weekends and around holidays — so we can guarantee your preferred stylist and time slot.
Is parking available at your salon?
Yes, we have customer parking available right outside the salon. If it's full, there's additional street parking within a short walk.
What hygiene and safety practices do you follow?
Every tool is sanitized between clients, we use disposable items wherever possible, and all our stylists and therapists are certified professionals trained in proper hygiene protocols.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Just message us on WhatsApp or give us a call and we'll sort it out.
What are your working hours?
We're open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
Can I request a specific stylist or therapist?
Absolutely — just mention their name when you book and we'll do our best to match your preferred time with their availability.
